In the initial crowd sale, ZooBC plan to limit the number of nodes that can be bought by one person by doing KYC, so not all the nodes can be bought up by a few people. After the initial sale, we cannot control who buys nodes, so we just hope the initial distribution is decentralized enough. Same is true of PoS or PoW.
