Yes, we are currently running a pre-alpha version on a local network for debugging and stress tests. We have a pre-alpha version of the mobile wallet, web wallet, the block explorer, and obviously of the node core software. Once we move to alpha on a public testnet, we will also release the ability to download (close source) wallets and open access to the explorer. When we go beta, we will open source to all.
