How will devs generate profits?

Do you need investments? How do you earn profits? I mean in general.. you don't do any ICO or IEO, so it looks a bit strange when we talk about business..

We have a 10 year plan with 5 major stable releases one every 2 years. We make money doing consulting, customizations, and selling business licenses for clones of the blockchain. We also accept donations and we are selling accounts in the genesis block. We will publish news about this soon :)
